Dir is very personal. use it for your mates.
“Sie” is not plural. Instead use “Ihnen”
but “ihnen” can be the formally form instead of “dir” AND its used as singular and plural!!
The mire personal plural (corresponding to”dir” is “euch”…
“Wie geht’s sie” is …
“Wie geht’s sie” is wrong. Get a better book!!
Correct: “Wie geht es Ihnen”

Im not kiwi, but i try to help you xD yes, you’re right… “sie” is “vous” in french. but here, you say “wie geht’s IHNEN?”, not “wie geht’s SIE”… a special german rule
