what is the educational qualification needed to learn german?

i am 38 yrs old .in delhi and want to learn german from max muller bhavan .is it possible to join at this age

The older we get, the harder it is to learn a new language. But it is very possible. If you can speak English, you will have an easier time learning German than if you spoke a Indian dialect, since many German words are similar to English.

    38 its not old. There's no a necessary to have a educational qualification to learn German. As long as u are willing to study … u can study. So you must keep in ur mind that never old to learn eventhough older people will slow to absorb the knowledge instead of young people. But in contrary learning in old age will help ur brain always working and to keep you always remember everything.
